Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, add your arrangement to the cart, and check out. You can leave a personalized message for the recipient at checkout — we include a handwritten card with every order.

Can I customize an arrangement?

Yes! Color preferences, specific flowers, or a particular vibe — just email us at lynnflora@lynnflorayw.com or call (646) 645-1515 before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate. Custom requests are subject to seasonal availability.

Can I include a gift message?

Absolutely. There's a message field at checkout — write whatever you'd like and we'll handwrite it on a card included with the arrangement. No extra charge.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at (646) 645-1515 or lynnflora@lynnflorayw.com. We can usually accommodate changes if the arrangement hasn't been prepared yet. Same-day orders may not be cancellable once florals are cut.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all NYC boroughs — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island. Not sure if we cover your area? Email or call us and we'll confirm.

How does next-day delivery work?

Order by 6 PM and we'll deliver your arrangement the following day. Orders placed after 6 PM will be delivered two days out. For urgent requests, call us directly — we'll always try to help.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You can note a preferred delivery window in the order notes at checkout. We'll do our best to honor it, though exact times can't be guaranteed. For time-sensitive deliveries, please call us at (646) 645-1515.

What if no one is home when my order arrives?

We'll leave the arrangement in a safe spot — with a doorman, at the front door, or at a front desk. You'll receive a delivery confirmation by email. If you can't locate it, call us right away at (646) 645-1515.

Will I get a delivery confirmation?

Yes — once your arrangement is delivered, you'll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided at checkout.

Weddings & Events

Do you do wedding florals?

Yes — from intimate courthouse ceremonies to full venue weddings. We offer bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, ceremony arches, centerpieces, and full floral styling. Every wedding package includes a complimentary consultation.

How far in advance should I book for a wedding or event?

We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks in advance for events, and 3–6 months ahead for weddings. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests — don't hesitate to ask.

Flower Care

How do I make my flowers last longer?

Trim the stems at an angle and place in clean water right away. Change the water every 2–3 days, keep flowers away from direct sunlight and heat sources, and remove any leaves below the waterline. Fill the vase 2/3 full.

Does the arrangement come in a vase?

It depends on the arrangement — some products are vase arrangements, others are bouquets. The product page will tell you what's included. If you'd like to add a vase to a bouquet order, just let us know.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. No hidden fees — the price you see is what you pay.

Are there any delivery fees?

Delivery fees vary by borough and order size. The exact fee will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order — no surprises.
